Hearts and Minds – Instanced Storyline:
I ran into several bugs here, but the most notable is that 3 times I could not reach the rift opened by the NPC on the final fight (Mordremoth). This is because the floor under the rift was non-existent. The only thing I could do was suicide and restart the fight and hope that the stone floor spawned like it was supposed to. This particular bug was a real show stopper, but fortunately happens early in the last fight.
