Agree, but i pointed out that the drop rate of the Chests is rubbish.. getting a minipet is like finding a needle in a haystack

Me and a few of my fellow guildies are always eager to get collectibles. So, we bought like many of you guys some CC-chests and hoped the best for our beloved mini’s.
I bought 10 cc-chests. So, hoping for the best i opened these chests and out of these chests, which costed 250 gems each, i’d expect a proper drop rate since 250 gems equals either 3/4 gold or €3+ (since you get 800 gems for €10,-)! Well the opposite is true. I got practically 7 light/heavy shoulder-skins and some light/heavy aqua-breathers (i have a medium armored main..) and tons of crafting material (which i could farm myself..).
Oh, and considering my guildies. I’ve asked them and out of 100+ chests (5 people) one minipet dropped and literally tonnes of the same worthless items and a few (5) skins which were also inapplicable for their characters.
My question in all of this is: ‘Arenanet, how is it possible that 30-40 gold or €30,- equals nothing but rubbish inapplicable items.’
Yes, i’m aware of the random drops in chests but let’s be honest. It’s not a game of roulette in a casino, it’s an event drop in a ‘fun-game’.
