PvP/WvW/PvE? You need different stats / builds for these.
"This site":http://metabattle.com/wiki/index.php?title=MetaBattle_Build_Wiki might help you out.
Great question, I am looking for a PVE epc only. While PVP and WVW would be interesting, it is not something I am looking to do at this time.
I did take a look at the website you kindly gave me. I did find the general tab and the necromancer section, but I am not sure I follow. I use to use Noxxic, but they, along with others, have dropped Guild Wars 2 all together. So, I am now trying to find something close to what they had. It just seemed to make sense to me on how to play the class well.
Greetings. I am new to playing a Necromancer. I have no idea what I am doing and have been unable to find any helpful articles on the play style of this class.
What I was told:
* Stats I need, in this order, are Power (a lot), Condition Damage (a lot), and vitality (some).
*Light Armor Only.
Now, I have no idea what this means or what it will help me do. I also have no idea on what specs I need and where I should use my skill points. Any and all help would be great.

It is best for you to change all your passwords and make them all different. I have a password manager that I use. You could do the same.
If you do have anything personal on, account wise, like a poster commented already, they can steal a lot data from you.
While you may feel that part of there changing password system sucks, in reality, it is protecting you.
“Just include the word “Suggestion” in your title so the devs can see the appropriate threads quickly.”
Why do the work for them? Let them figure out what is deemed feedback vers regular chat.
“There’s a difference between constructive criticism and criticism. In my experience, the moderators aren’t quashing all negative feedback – they’re keeping the discussion civilized and removing posts that can have a bad impact on the game or players (accusations that players are scammers, exploit details, etc.)
ANet has an interest in the forums being a friendly place where most folks feel comfortable participating in the discussions. More feedback from more of the playerbase is definitely of more value than allowing an angry subset of the playerbase to rant unrestricted. I read the Battle.net forums, but I don’t post there because of the unfettered nastiness. I’d rather the moderation be a little too strict (yes, I’ve had posts moderated) than the forums turn into a free-for-all brawl. "
I understand where your view point is coming from. However, I think over moderating a forum is a great way to loose peoples interest in sharing there thoughts and ideas. No, this does not mean to sit by the window when a tornado is coming.
As far as battle.net. Here is my take on that one, 1.) You pay for play (Kinda prefer that type of game play, personally). 2.) They allow “freedom of expression” without allowing bashing (Harassment, threats, etc) and 3.) If you cannot handle “freedom of expression” or as you so kindly have pointed out “unfettered nastiness”, then do not play and support the company.
However, GW2 is also fun to play. I do have issues with there “forgot password” system, but over all so far I am enjoying playing GW2 again.
But staying on topic, I do respect and understand your point of view, but I agree with blizzards way more then Gw2. I guess that is another difference between FTP Vs PTP.

I think having us suggest things in the area that it is about is a good thing. However, if down the road it becomes hard to handle, well that is on them not us.
I did find a post very interesting and I wanted to touch on that for a moment as well.
“I am personally concerned by potential over moderation of topics and posts that are not particularly positive towards the game and/or the development decisions that fuel it. Of course, I do agree that attacks/flames/etc. should not be tolerated but I can help but cringe a little when I read of increased moderation.”
I am not really savvy on the background of Anet and where there roots are, but I have noticed that many companies seem to support “censorship” of certain conversations from taking place. I understand having rules that surround the use of clean words, but I think one of the most important parts to a successful business is criticized feedback. I am not sure where the line is drawn and how well Anet moderators handle this, but I would like to see more companies start allowing more “freedom of expression” within there products/services.
This does play an important role when “suggesting” things in GW2 for example. Maybe this great company will get on board of “freedom of expression” and stand behind the greatness of being able to handle true values of criticism from its mass player bass.
While I do support “clean” “freedom of expression”, sometimes you cannot have them both!
But hopefully there new forum system will work out for the best! =)
