I cannot change my password and therefore cannot enter the game. I prefer my old password and have email verification switched on for every login attempt.
The solution of resetting my password that requests my game registration details is fine. But asking the name of my game character? Seriously, you expect us to remember something that trivial?
For this very reason and the fact that I have spent the past 45 mins trying to reset a password that I did not want to change in the first place I am going back to playing World of Warcraft! At least I can login there and I’m not asked ridiculously anal security questions! The information you provide on the password reset page of your website is broken. I suggest you get it fixed or you’ll end up losing more players to other games with less convoluted password reset functions.
