Got a reward chest in Verdant Brink during events. Now the game crashes every time I try to open it.

Description: Had first skill delay up to 5 sec 2 weeks ago. Didn’t pay attention to this, thought that is was temporally. Then the lags repeated on Monday. Now every evening I have serious lags and the disconnects. Sometimes just can’t even log in. Got the following errors: 7:11:3:189:101, 42:0:9001:3858:101, 58:11:2:1064:101. Internet connection is ok and everything is running smoothly and doesn’t have any problems at all, except GW2.

Please, do something about it.
