I have the same problem and I’m in Canada. What’s going on Anet? There’s not even a post from you guys about trying to fix the problem for us. Is there a major problem with servers?

Same problem in Henge of Denravi. Tried Devona’s Rest also and it’s the same.

I need to find Kasparak for the Every Piece Matters achievement, but somehow Kasparak is not showing up for me in the Almuten Estates. I’ve tried more than one server without any luck. Someone knows what’s going on?

I am experiencing the same problem. Apparently, it’s because of server maintenance. Should be back up in an hour or so.
