I know this thread is old, but starting to look at rev as a possible healer. Are they still viable?

they never were and wont be in wvw/pvp unless ventari/jalis/salvation undergoes some major changes.

I was looking more at PVE and dungeon running. Watched a few videos that made them look decent, but they were a few months old.

Well, they certainly felt that way when I was trying them out!

I guess what I am really trying to sort out is which class is more likely be wanted for dungeons and raids?

I spend a lot of time on my own character’s looks, but don’t really pay much attention to other people’s looks beyond NPCs.

Just out of curiosity. Looking at the class specific forums everybody seems to be pointing the finger at everybody else. Nobody seems to be super happy with the state of their class…

Just started a Charr Mesmer. Love it so far, though the grunting is a bit much during some of the skills…. I have had Charr before and never noticed the grunting.

Just started a Mesmer. Any suggestion on which specializations I should take first? End game I hope to dungeon and do world boss/exploration.
