Hey, at least it’s being acknowledged. I’d rather have a problem knowing someone is working on it than having a problem and being in the dark about whether anyone is doing anything.
I’ve also been trying to get my launcher to work. I open it up, and it just freezes without being able to do anything about it. I can only close it by right clicking on my task bar or using the task manager. It seems to start up fine, shows the screen where it is initializing, disappears, reappears with the login window filled with my details, but frozen and inaccessible. Very frustrating…
I just find it rude that after 50 some odd complaints that is all he has to say. He could say a lot more, explain maybe something that’s going odd. Instead of trying to cover up their mistakes.

I agree Mighty. It’s just ridiculous. they have thousands of testers to, and what’s stupid is everyone is having different problems whether its download problems, character login problems, or skill lag problems. it’s just ridiculous!
All I see is tons of posts about the guild wars 2 update failing and how the launcher is failing. How could you not do test runs arena net? How can you have so many people with problems? And such impossibly bad errors. Please fix them as soon as possible. this is just ridiculous!
I can’t download the full update before it pops up with send an error report. it won’t download past 8012 files remaining. Then when I bring up the client again it wont even open and brings up an error report menu. it’s getting on my nerves
