To better explain this topic I will use my own toons as examples.
1- I currently have 5 toons (4 level 80 and 1 level 30).
2- For each of my level 80 toons I purchased tier 1 and 2 cultural armors. (that is 4 toons, 4 different races, 2 cultural armors each)
3- Each time a cultural armor piece is purchased, there is an achievement which functions as a record of the purchase.
4- After the Wardrobe update, I noticed that for my toons level 80, None of the armor skins from tier 1 and 2 that I previously purchased and recycled, were available.
5- I waited for more updates of the build (and for my level 20 toon to reach level 30) to see of those previously purchased cultural armor skins would become unlocked but it did not happen.
6- Now that my last toon has reached level 35, I purchased the tier 1 cultural armor and instantly got the skins unlocked.
*I find it unfair and rather expensive to have to purchase again, tier 1 and tier 2 of each of my level 80 toons’ cultural armors so that I can have those skins unlocked and available.
Considering the costs of those armors and the fact that they are available only for specific professions and specific races makes the wardrobe update rather unsatisfying.
While I agree with the transmutation stones to be able to reuse a skin (it makes perfect sense) and I agreed that newly purchased cultural armors or newly found armors throughout the world get unlock as they get found or recycled.
I still believe that previously purchased cultural armors from tier 1 and 2 for which there are achievements that prove the purchase, should be available for each player based on these achievements
Now if the problem is that programming wise it would be difficult to identify which armor was purchase, regardless of the toon?
Then I would suggest a refund for the value of each tier from each cultural armor purchased _One time _ for each achievement So that one can choose to purchase the armor again to unlock the skins.
For example in my casei: t would be the value in gold of 4 armors from tier 1 (because of the 4 different races of my toons) and 4 armors from tier 2 _(again because of the 4 different races of my toons).
Or, if the gold value is difficult, then an exchange ticket (one per each cultural armor achievement in the users account) that we can exchange for one full set of cultural armor for tier 1, tier 2 or tier 3 depending of the achievement.
The idea is to be able to unlock the skins from previously purchased cultural armors without having to buy them again.
Hello Everybody
I do not know if this is the actual reason why the Master Of Baubles achievement cannot be obtained. But I’ve spent nearly 4 hours today trying to obtain it without success until I realized that on the last area before the toad boss the trunk that is horizontal in a high level it is supposed to have 5 baubles on top of it however in the latest patch there is only 4 of those baubles.
Even if you collect every other bauble, because of that one missing on top of it the achievement will not be granted.
I have submitted a bug about it with screenshots and all, hopefully this will solve it.
