It’s not that ANet is greedy, it just seems unfair for players who already have bought the core game.

Basically the reason I won’t be buying the expansion. It’s expensive as all hell. Seems overpriced, really.. this coming from someone who pre-ordered the physical CE for what.. $150 it was? I can’t remember.

What about an ability to mass mail your guild updates, or just specific ranks? Oh and a guild calendar with events you can plan.

Sorry, but this game needs more community interaction. I’m a bit disappointed there, everyone just shuts up and runs on. Guilds are too quiet in that aspect, too.

I actually started a new character because I’m curious about the other personal stories possibilities. People tend to forget this game isn’t to farm lvls like every other mmo. This is supose to… Play the game and have fun with it. Enjoy the story.
I never worried much about an endgame in PvE. This game is enjoyable as it is and most games I’ve played there’s nothing besides PvP after you beat the content aswell.
My only concern is how easy it was to get 80. I wouldn’t mind if it took a bit more time and if it was a bit harder to pass content. I played solo and I can’t imagine how the game is with party all the time.

You sir, are a genius, and you understand the base of GW2. (I agree leveling is soooooo fast.. I got 2 levels in like 45 minutes crafting, too. ARGH)

GW2 have taken away the meaning of the holy trinity. This is something great as they move out of the paradigm of a conventional MMO.

This also means that everyone should build their character in a way so as to not be a bloody glass canon. Everyone must be responsible on how to self heal, dish out dps, tank and CC.

You must forget about that healer in the pocket as you yourself have to heal yourself. Its kind of you have to learn how to be the holy trinity. Always remember, there are no agro management in GW2, just CC and group synergy is the key.

Heres a few pointers for instance crawling:
1) Learn to roll and dodge
2) Learn the animation of bosses and mobs
3) Learn all your utilities
4) Learn to SWAP weapons
5) DON’T EVER KEYBOARD TURN

Bold part is the absolute best part of this post. Some glass cannons are fine, but when everyone traits for it, you’re gonna have a bad time.

I haven’t seen any issues with it.. I honestly find it helps leveling and whatnot.. then again, I’m only 33.

On a sidenote, cooking is WAY TOO FUN to care about Karma right now for me. :> I’m sure karma will be easier to get higher level in higher amounts anyways.. repeating an event does still give you karma.. so yeah. I wouldn’t sweat it too much I guess?

Someone on that video said to lower the sound quality.

For the record, I get this too. I am using a SteelSeries Frostblue V2, drivers up to date, SteelSeries Engine up to date. Happens outside of WvW, will happen at random, seemingly with large-scale events…
