This topic is based on pure speculation, but it is something I found interesting and not discussed a lot here. In the recent topics, many players identify Balthazar as our new enemy, but what if the real enemy behind all this is the group that weakened him? The gods, apart from Abbadon, were never truly our enemy in GW1. Also, I do not think that we are done with Primordus and Jormag – the encounter with them is, in my opinion, just delayed. The newest information points out that we are going to Orr and then to Crystal Desert and Elona, presumably after Kralkatorrik. I think that the devs are now trying to introduce new antagonists (the unknown group) who might well be connected to the phenomenom of the Elder Dragons. We know very little about the reasons of the awakening of the Dragons, is it possible that bigger forces control it?
What do you think about these topics, and especially, what do you think could be the identity of the unknown group? (pure speculation)

Hello to all of you, i will be very short- I really appreciate the Anet’s hard work to create the living work and I appreciate the new updates, but I really feel like there is an urgent need for a real, big expansion that will bring us new regions, dragons, storylines, gear..what do you people think?

I really appreciate all the work that Anet does with GW2, and i like the fact that we are getting more and more content every 2 weeks. I have a few concerns however:
1) I hope we will get true big expansions that add new zones and continents to the game and that will continue the story of the elder dragons (since we have at least 5 more to kill)
2) I would like if the content added in the updates could be permanent, like new explorable zones, and that the new wep skins remain ingame even after the end of a specific event.
What do you people think of that?

End game in all new MMO, sub or free. won’t be 100% there, you will see the skeleton there to create onto it for future updates months, or even years in advance. Look on any new MMO and you will see the same complaints, No ‘end game’ most of which you will hear first, and mostly from the hard core rush to level cap players, whom have probably played mmo’s with years of updates under their belts.

More end game content will come, but if you go into a new MMO expecting it to be gushing in it, got bad news for you

I completely agree with this. GW1 had a similar approach, real engame was added in Nightfall and EOTN. It is the price for f2p.

Remember the Obbi armor from GW1? It was made for really dedicated players who spent a lot of time in the game. In this game, there are legendaries that are even harder to get, but what I am saying is that there could be some sort of legendary armors that are as hard to get as legendaries themselves..If I am not mistaken (correct me if I am), the most expensive armor for now is tier 3 (119g)..

I was wondering if we will continue to fight the other Elder Dragons through the expansions (it would be a logical continuation): for example, in the expansion featuring Crystal Desert and Elona we could fight Kralkatorrik, in the one possibly featuring Maguuma Wastes and northern Tyria (Woodland Cascades, Far Shiverpeaks..) the main antagonist could be Primordus or/and Jormag, Bubbles could be present in the one featuring Cantha…Of course, those dragons are just the main antagonists, Knowing Anet they will probably add LOADS of additional content (races, professions, lore, zones, skills etc) but I am very interested in this topic.
I would like to know what do you think of this, and, in general, of the future of this incredible game!

Heyy, all the things i heard from you people have sense. I think it is possible that they base each exp on one elder dragon but its also likely that other threats will rise too like u said. However, i am definitely lookin forward to encounter Primordus, my favourite, and learn more bout the deep sea guy xD
