Well the model is from the Risen Wraith, but turquoise instead of green.

It could be an enemy, servant of Grenth or something else…

I think the “blue Lady” lady is an orrian ghost or somekind of servant of Dwayna. I don’t think it’s Livia, because Livia was always dressed in red clothes and I think if they introduce such an old and popular character, they would design her similar to her GW1 appearance (even the hair is different)

No its not a new weapon. This sword is already in the game.

Hey bud! I know that this was like 10 months ago…long long time but anyway’. Such a sweet skin! Really wanted to know where I can find that skin you have on your shoulders there but I can’t seem to find it anywhere on the internet. Do you think you could give the full name of those shoulders?

I think the shoulders are from the WvW-Armor-Merchant :-)
