Same thing happening to me aswell, for the last 3 jormag kills i didnt even get event done notice neither chest. Was there all 3 times from the start to the end of the kill ( ofc not standing on the side watching afk ).

21 day waiting – Flaged for freued but waiting aditional review.

Can you please do us players a favour and just throw your whole system out in the window ?

I am waiting almost a month now and cant do anything. Cant buy a new serial or get refund couse my game is stuck in the support. Ppl are showing you here billing recipes / retail copys of the game with recipe of the buying the game from a trusted reseller and what they get in change ? Getting banned without any evidance. U guys closing our accounts in a matter of minutes then sit on it for weeks. 1st get your kitten evidance and proof that we are guilty in any of the charges. I miss the halloween event, i am gona miss lost shores and with this speed most likely new year eve aswell . Cant u just f…….. get some evidance 1st that someone guilty then lock his/her account 1st not lock that account in without any reason then sit on it leaving the player with no choice. If u say my code is fredulant then get a proof and act after lock the person account and leave him with choice :
1 : buy a new copy of the game after refund from the seller
2 : or contact your support to help him with this issue.
So simpel and so easy if someone is guilty what does that few day matter what he playes if his account locked after it. But for players who care about guild / friends effort its like a backstab.

I bought my copy of the game from a local retail store where i buy games over 8 years now never ever had any issue with them . Ofc they are not part of your " Offical retailers" buy for real u did only gave that to 2 shop in the whole country who are out of game for over 2 weeks now . I use cash to pay not credit card.

So far 12 days without a singel word this is no support this a joke. I work for a company over 10 million customer if our support cant handel something in 72 hours the customer allowed to broke contract and leave us to a nother. Whats going over here is just a joke i already regreted buying this game and even spending the effort just find why did i get suspended after a few day playing.

Is it not possible to give people to reactivate their accounts as long as they purchase a key from the official Guild wars 2 website?
(And have a ‘final strike’ policy whereby if the payment for this code doesn’t go through they have no way of reactivating their account.. this way it would allow people who made an innocent mistake and genuinely want to correct it to have the chance to do so, and eliminate fraudulent card users.)

+1 to that option.
We most likely got affected by this aswell with fraud credit card no idea if yes or not if yes thats make’s another mail to " Mediamarkt" about how coud that happen.( no replay yet to my ticket ). We was thinking about buying a new code here if the shop cant fix the issue, already accepted if i lost my money, can survive that abit more work in the next month. But readying all posts about account cannot be reinstatted is abit to much in my opinon aswell.
Played quite a few famous mmo before but i still have all my accounts my characters and my items never ever faced such a bad decision then instant account deletion. I know u ppl just trying to protect you work but this is kinda ripoff from the player’s who actouly though helping you supporting your game buying it/ buying gems and being part of the community, all we get back as favour a mail saying. “Thank you we wiped your account and buy the game again”. Realy not sure with this attitued i will buy it again if both me and my girlfriend / and othere friend’s account’s got deleted couse this is just not worth time / effort to start everything from scratch again.

Submited the ticket at 2012.10.26 got a replay as

“We understand that you’re currently unable to access Guild Wars 2. In order to assist you properly, we will be redirecting your issue to the appropriate department. They should be in touch with you shortly.” after silence for days now.
And if i am typing this here coud we get an aswer for that simpel question why is that some shops are trusthed retailer in 1 country and not in a nother, couse mostlikely both me and my girlfriend gona have faued code issue, she already got the error code about that but srsly this is just proper …………………………………………………………………, its a huge company and it points out that like 5 country’s in europe where its trusthed , but in the 1 i live nooo its not. I didnt even realize this just when i looked on anet trusthed retailers list , realy its like a ….. joke.

Excatly the same issue just for the matter i was just starting act event’s, when suddenly the game crashed with a pop windows coudnt read it but it said something about account blocked for .xy..xy.xy something. when i tried to relog in then saw that my account got suspended. I was like wonderfull perfect timing getting this at a 1 time year.
I wrote my ticket up and got a realy fast answer :

Atleast coud have gave and explonasion why did i get suspended. I play mmo games for over 8 year now and never had anything like this before .

I have no doubt about they going aggressive on bots couse i saw them every day aswell
and report them aswell , but as i see so many " innocent " ppl getting suspended while the bots are there every day after day after donnu what to hope for ………..
