Rifle #4, Personal Battering Ram utility (the tool belt skill is also pretty good cripple) Rocket Turret, Big Old Bomb, and mi engi always goes full berserker, basically a lot of knockbacks, oh and supply crate also stuns. That’s how I did it hopes it helps.

My favorite is Engi’s Rifle #4 Overcharged Shot I will never get tired of pushing people away with it and if for some reason I have stability on me, twice the fun.
That achievement that awards us the horns shouldn’t be available until the 18th, but some people were randomly getting it by mistake, by playing dragon ball or by zoning to overflow zones, so my guess is to wait until that day to see if they fix it.
