I have the same problem, removing local.dat in % AppData%/GuildWars2 temporary solved the issue for a while, but today it came back.

(Edit : Using the 64-bit client as well)

I have found out how far Piken has fallen since the days of RG, VII and many other great guilds. The skill clicking is real.

Goes to show how far BB has fallen, getting their behinds handed to them by a clicker commander.

found an much easier way to do it, just crtl + right click on skill 5 making it the auto attack. and just press 1 till the auto attack takes over.

I am having the same issues as everyone else here, starting from 19.00 CET till about 23.00 or so, i cannot do anything ingame during these hours, pvp / wvw / pve it doesnt matter, there are 10 to 40 second lagspikes or i get disconnected.
I have been playing alot during off-peak hours where i experience no problems at all. From what i understand is that alot of people have had these issues since the last patch came out, for some they resolved themselfs, while others like myself started to get the issue since the last week.
