This does still need to be looked at as all achievement points still do not show. This is after the second smaller patch which is stated to address the bug.
Killed 6 champions last night in CS and only the champ abomination dropped 2 blues one time. This appears the same as it was pre patch with them mostly not dropping anything.
I have the same issue with the mystic salvage kit created on one character which is then not accessible by another character on the same account. They do appear to be functioning as soul bound rather than account bound items. Thank you for your time.
