This thread is intended for pvp balance team, but anyone feel free to post your ideas.
GENERAL
- Superior Rune of Lyssa, reduce condition remove to 3.
- Superior Rune of Soldier, add 5s cooldown on 6th bonus.
WARRIOR
- Healing Signet, reduce regeneration by 25%, increase active heal 50%.
- Cleansing Ire & Merciless Hammer, change to grandmaster tier.
- Spiked Armor & Defy Pain, change to master tier.
- Berserker Stance, reduce condition immunity to 90%.
- Battle Standard, reduce cooldown to 180s.
- Pin Down, reduce bleed stacks to 5. Increase activation time to 3/4 and add activation animation.
THIEF
- Withdraw, increase cooldown to 20s and extra 2s per each condition removed up to 26s.
- Flanking Strike-Larcenous Strike chain, increase Larcenous Strike initiative cost to 3.
- Disabling Shot, increase initiative cost to 5.
ENGINEER
- Flamethrower skill Air Blast, increase casting time to 1/2s and add casting animation.
- Net Shot, increase casting time to 1/2s and add casting animation.
- Automated Response, reduce condition immunity to 90%.
NECROMANCER
- Flesh of Master, decrease to 33%.
- Training of the Master, decrease to 20%.
- Withering Precesision, move to master tier.
- Terror, move to grandmaster tier.
- Keep Dhuumfire and Master of Terror on their current trait tiers.
MESMER
- Illusionary Leap-Swap, clone gets stuck on obstacles too often. Make clone to instantly appear behind its target, but remove crippling effect.
- Prismatic Understanding, invertal cooldown increased to 2. Add retaliation on boon
gain.
GUARDIAN
- Superior Aria, move to master tier.
RANGER
- Hornet Sting, increase cooldown to 12s.
- Stalker’s Strike, increase cooldown to 15s.

Sigil of Renewal triggers on non combat weapon swap, putting it on some sort of cooldown.
So in some situations sigil gets on cooldown before combat, making it not to trigger on later weapon swap while in combat. Character also draws weapons when sigil is triggered on non combat.
I hope this wasn’t too vaguely explained.
Berserker Stance
Gain adrenaline for a short time. Condition duration on you is greatly reduced.
Duration: 8 s
- Grants immunity to UNMODIFIED CONDITIONS and gain 5 strikes of adrenaline per second.
- Bug: Grants full immunity to conditions regardless of condition duration modifiers.
