Hey guys, I’m stuck on ‘helping the needy’ and I can’t progress. Priory Arcanist has stopped speaking and Aurene does not continue the quest. I’ve tried talking to everyone in the room and nothing happens.

Any suggestions?

I’m not linked via mobile authentictor and I still get the crash

I have been wrongfully permanently banned (and so have many others). I have been playing since day 1, attended every beta event and racked over 300 hours of game-time. I’m not annoyed that I have been wrongfully banned, I understand that mistakes can be made and I won’t beat myself for it. Could a member of staff please look into my issue and un-ban me so that I can continue playing the game that I love. My Guardian is feeling lonely stuck at level 61
