Guild Wars 2

I had the siren sound in a massive WvWvW fight. I googled the issue and people were reporting that the sound quality is the likely cause even with good hardware. I turned my sound quality down from Highest Quality to “normal” (as in middle of the bar). Haven’t had the issue occur to me again since.

I got a Letter of Commendation (worth 400 influence) from my level 59 personal quest called Retribution. I used it yesterday, but the guild didn’t get the influence.
I also used my Tome of Influence from Digital Deluxe version of the game and that influence is nowhere to be seen either.
