Gifts? have all the mats for light and metal. fortune basically done should i chose to buy things, just need some ecto and t6s but i have the cash to throw down and the gift of mastery is work in progress though progress is going. a precursor would be nice anet if you would like donate to the make a sunrise foundation.
ETA on completion of everything but the precursor about two to three weeks.

No I won’t until I can at least get 1-3 golds a day.
It’s just stupid to pay for the teleport then pay for the repairs and then pay pay pay.Seriously, I’m not rich, I won’t buy 200 golds so I can get my tier 3 and enough cash for enjoying the repairs cost.
It all boils down to this, really.

Hm… it would not work.
While with Charr, Silvary, humans, Norn and Asura you can have many easily noticeable variations for all the body, with Kodan you only get the standard humanoid walking polar bear.
You can’t make a Kodan that looks more like a black bear, or a panda, or have different patterns or heads, or hairs or things like those, as all Kodan look like polar bears. With no ‘hair’.
Just slight variations in body shape and face features would not allow enough variation to make a race out of them. Do Kodan even have pericings or something like that? Would you be able to tell two Kodan apart if one has a ring in his ear and the other doesn’t?
I think the design team could add enough variations to make it viable, I mean there is alot they could do.

I dont know about you guys but I want to run around as a polar bear.
I mean polar bears are nice but walking, talking, fighting polar bears are just epic.
Id like to see them be put into the playable race selection at some point.

So on the guardians virtue trait it says that it “reduces recharge time of virtues by x%”, but when I hover over my virtues while in game it does not display a corrected or reduced cool downs it always stays at their vanilla reduction times.
I am currently unaware if these reduction percentages even effect the virtues at all, but as with other things that reduce cool down time or increase duration it always puts the corrected numbers in the description.
