Hey I am looking for an Active PVE Guild to join. i enjoy the game and i like to run dungeons and do map completion and run alts, pvp isnt really my thing but as long as the guild is helpful and does PVE content i will do my share and help out as much as i can too. i try and long on every day to do dailies as well! Hopefully there is a guild out there for me i have been having a hard time finding a good PVE one.

Do you know if the Halloween Recipes like rune of mad king and rune of night are still discoverable after the event is over and candy corn is still floating around the Black Lion Trading? i am asking because i am not max level yet with my crafting but i want to horde candy corn until i max out my artificer skill to make supreme rune of mad king and others.
