Guild Wars 2

Okay, I have been playing a week and have my first character (guardian) at level 80 (Not had a lot to do this week)

I am just not sure where to go from here… I would like to get some exotic armor and earn some money but I have never been to a dungeon before and none of my RL friends play this game so i feel a bit stuck… Is there a newby dungeon group section anywhere? (lol) As i know nothing about supporting others at the moment.. XD

I am not sure how to post my build up here so here goes:

Traits:
Zeal = 30 – 2/7/12
Radiance = 0
Valor = 10 – 6
Honor = 30 – 2/3/9
Virtues = 0

Gear:
I have full rare berserker gladiator gear (Power/critical/precision)
berserker pearl broadsword exotic greatsword and i swap to a rare sword and shield also with power critical and precision..
it’s all upgraded with ruby orbs apart from my weapons which just have what ever was in them when i got them…

Skills:
Signet of resolve
Stand your ground
Hold the line
Save yourselves
Renewed focus

I got this build advice from a random guy I met while leveling so I have no idea If It’s a bad build or If I’m just rubbish…

Either way I would like some advice on what do next as every time I come across a group of mobs (bigger than 3) I have to do some serious battling to stay alive…

So yeah basically I need some advice on.
1. Solo PvE build and tactics
2. Finding a Dungeon party
3. What ever changes I will need to make to my PvE build to make It Dungeon viable
4. I would like to know of any money making tips such as crafting and mob grinding
5. What would my PvP gear/Build have to be?

Sorry I know I am kind of asking you to hand me the game on a plate but once I know one prof I will know what to do for the next.
