Your character actually STATES that Mordremoth was staring right at them during the cinematic. This complicates the whole “orb order” speculation.
How your character realizes that it’s Mordremoth staring back is beyond me. I find that it’s an interesting additional tidbit that confirms/denies what the player was thinking towards the end of that scene.
end of the cinematic…. the big scary eye is staring at you… how could u not see that
At the end of the cinematic (when the green orb has taken the pale tree) and the camera zooms in right at the center, it feels like, and looks very much like, the eye of the dragon is staring at you. the growl also adds up to it, IIRC the description of Kralkatorrik’s eye when the Destiny’s Edge were mind-fighting them in the novel was pretty much similar to this, big and scary. I think this is why our character said she saw a dragon, it doesn’t have to be a whole 3D model version of the dragon you know.
However, I’m still confused about the order of the orbs when they lgihted up. the first two were primordus and jormag which is the same order as they awaken, the rest messed up a little…
when i first created my legendary weeks ago , i tried posting it on TP before I use it ( not soulbound to my character yet) . YEs it was “Soulbound on use” , but it didn’t work, I couldn’t post it on TP
so Anet have “fixed” this on the previous patches ?

I’m not sure how this ruins the game or brings despair to the ~1% of players that have a legendary due to luck with a precursor. You sound like a crybaby yourself and we don’t even know the details.
from what you said I can assume you haven’t gotten yourself a precursor, by luck or enough effort or whatsoever. So yea, I can understand that why you’re not sure how changes on getting precursor may give unfair feeling to “the ~1% players” lol (but are you sure ? ~1% ? ) . Yea we don’t know the details yet, so we can only hope right ? And I hope Anet will do something smart this time,… not just because being pushed by crybabies.
Don’t get me wrong, the current system is flawed but I don’t want the precursor/ legendaries are too easy to get either. ( yes, except for the precursor, the others are not so hard, at least to me)
please Arenanet, dev-ers,etc… please
please don’t make any changes for crybabies that would just ruin the game, or bring despair/unfair feelings to those who already got their legendary.
I don’t know what will come with this update yet but I hope you will do it right….
