I had this issue with the emerald pendant (exotic power, vit, toughness amulet)

Anyone else seeing this bug, where the emerald pendant is showing up as zero available on the trading post even though there is around 10 of then being sold?

I lost 24 gold due to the 0 availability bug.

Didn’t particularly like the dev’s response which was basically – your fault for using the TP either. A oops, our bad! would have been nice.

Could a GM please look at this issue and provide me with support.

This is my 3rd time using GW2 ticketing system and each time I have been greatly disappointed with the support. So hopefully someone on the forums can take a look and provide some better assistance.

The first time was before GW2 launched in regards to linking GW1 and GW2 accounts and beta accounts, in which each email response felt like it was never read and I received generic unrelated responses.

Second time, the ticket was closed without any response?! This was in regards to a in game bug blocking players from getting rewards chest earned in sPVP.

My issue this time is due to a bug on the trading post which caused 24 gold to be wasted, as an item was showing as unavailable (zero) and couldn’t not be sold on the trading post even though I had just put the item up for sale. Positively I got a quick response to the ticket, but unfortunately it completely missed my question and was no help at all.

So hopefully someone could read my ticket and provide assistance by reading my ticket correctly!
