Guild Wars 2

My ticket #120909-006515 was changed to “In Progress” the other day with no actual response to the ticket. I gave it a day or 2. Still have not received my items I purchased. I updated the ticket to reflect that. It has now been 6 days since the purchase and no delivery of items.

Just noticed this thread after I made a ticket earlier today (Reference# 120909-006515).

I recently added 800 gems through a paypal purchase. The gem purchase went fine and the gems showed up in game almost instantly. I then purchased the 5-pack of Black Lion Keys and a Minis 3-pack. The Black Lion Trading Company interface shows the correct balance, as if I did purchase and was charged for the items. These items also appear on the Recent Purchases list, but they DO NOT show under the Pick Up tab. Additionally, I repurchased one of the free hats to test, and even that item shows in the recent purchases but I have not received it.

I have visited a trade NPC and verified no Gem store items to claim. I have sold several items on the trade market and have had no trouble so far in retrieving the cash from those sales.

The Mystical Hunters call the Henge of Denravi our home world, though we will accept players from any world who wish to join.

The Mystical Hunters accepts any/all into our guild, provided you respect your fellow players.

Our main goal is to provide a fun and friendly atmosphere for leveling and questing. Helping each other out with quests and items. There are no requirements to be a part of our guild. As we are focused on leveling, questing, and helping we do not use any voice chat specifically for the guild. Be aware, we also will likely not be doing major end-game raiding or hardcore PVP. Not to say that it can’t happen, just unlikely with a small guild.

I got a response to my Mistfire Wolf skill not available ticket…

We are very sorry to hear you have been running into this issue. We are aware that there does appear to be an issue with the Mistfire wolf skill. It can’t actually be used at all right now. We have our development and QA teams hot on the case though. So we hope to see this resolved very soon. We know it can be frustrating not having access to everything you should, but we are greatful for your patience and understanding while we work on getting this fixed.

…So, looks like it is a known issue and they are working on it. Wish they would add that notice somewhere on the main support page or the wiki page.

I created a ticket a few days ago (Ref# 120903-009419), but figured I’d post here as well…

I purchased the digital deluxe upgrade from the GEM store. I have received the Miniature Rytlock, Golem Banker, Chalice of Glory, and Tome of Influence just fine. However, the Summon Mistfire Wolf Elite Skill does not appear to be unlocked. I am above level 30 and able to use the other elite skills.
