hmm.. one more thing. If i do like this then, i play the game. all the materials i get, i send to a friend that can hold em for me. BUT if you guys restore my account do my friend still get that materials?

We suggest that you simply wait on achievements and acquisitions until you’ve decided on a restoration and the Support Team has concluded the process. It’s just clearer if you don’t get that one-in-a-million drop and then say “Waiiiit, un-restore my account!”

I got hacked, like many ppl i see.. but they didnt clear all of my chars. still got my main left with all the things on. lol BUT! if i keep playing and collection mats, will the mats i get now be lost if they reroll my account?
i made a ticket and so on.. just wanna know if its worth playing now while i wait for the staff to get my mats / gear back?

I know the feeling, cuz it happend to me yesterday. They took my Mobile Auth aswell. But the support removed the authenticator.. so i could use it myself. (They restored it today). still hopin’ they get my gear back.

Your not the only one getting hacked. I was hacked yesterday, they even took my authenticator. But i got that back from Anet.
Now im just waiting for em to fix my gear back.
