it’s pass a week and my account is still suspend the last update was “121026-002883 Under review by senior agent” on the october 30 and I have not received a response yet.

Hi,
This is the second time im replying to this topic. I’ve received the following on 26/10/2012 ‘I am escalating your ticket to our Payment Review Team to research your issue. Someone will be in contact with you as soon as possible.’ however i haven’t received any response yet and they just closed my ticket?! Unbelievable, already waiting a week for a decent response or explanation for my suspension.

I’m in your same condition, ticket on 26/10/2012 and the same reply “I am escalating your ticket to our Payment Review Team to research your issue”. No more reply until today the status of my ticket is closed but my account is suspended for no apparent reason and no response.
