The Guild Armorer Contract and Research Architecture problems in my previous post are both fixed now, but I can’t use the Guild Armorer. It says my rank doesn’t allow displaying the guild emblem even though I am guild leader and have all rank options enabled.

Guild Armorer Contract and Research Architecture 1 were both bought and queued yet neither show up as available. The History tab shows the purchase and queuing of both.
Also, it says I am not representing the guild even though I am guild leader. I can click Stand Down then Represent and it changes nothing.
