Guild Wars 2

I’m tring to start crafting I just got to lvl15 and I am now a armoursmith and a weaponsmith. I’m tring to refine my materials but when I got to a station and press “f” there is nothing there. I’m at the station in divinty reach if that makes a difference. Thanks for any help.

OK I just went to a merchant marked by the coins above their head. I have no option to see a bank or vault. When I go to my pack and right click I have no option to deposit. I have mined ore and no option is there. Really starting to get frustrated about this. I have to sell everything when my pack is full because i cant bank anything!!!

I was wondering how to access my player bank? I haven’t done the personnel story past where it lets you into the world. If that makes a difference but I can’t right click something and deposit anything.
