Well, my issues has been resolved it seems. My lost gems are refunded and now my extra character slot has been purchased, with success.
Though a shame that after 5days of waiting, you don’t even get a support ticket, but, oh well, even if its like, ’it’s fixed, please try again’, would have been sufficient. =s

Few days since I written support (incendent: 120910-004771).
My issue with the gem store was that I have paid for a character slot, gems went poof but no character slot to be found. I can not see it in the ‘recent purchase’ list either, but I do see the purchase of my mini pets, which happened after.
Would love to have that chararacter slot -_- otherwise its money that went poof!
