Guild Wars 2

So why does Anet not fix things that have been wrong with the game for so long.
From what I’ve gathered this dungeon path is rarely done. But Still, after several YEARS the item has never been seen. Why can’t we get a fix? Is it that hard?

I had seen a post about this but it was 2 years old and upon searching above topic I could not find it again.

The Pre-Purchase Community address does sound all nice but I still have an issue with what Anet has done. Car analogy people drop it get back to the point at hand. If you need an analogy use (http://puu.sh/itAcM/bffe1e0ea4.png) it was posted earlier and is pretty clear on what many are feeling.
It does seem reasonable to not make people purchasing the game for the first time have to buy both the original GW2 and HoT but Anet should let players with an existing account purchase Just HoT for a reduced price give us a $35.99 for just HoT or something that would sound a lot better.

Same Issue. When zoomed in the head should be centered in the character area, but for sylvari and humans the head, regardless of character height, is put at the bottom of the screen and right at the chin you miss the perspective that it gave when you saw from the shoulders up like it was before. This makes it seem awkward(like was said) to adjust the facial features.

I don’t have anything new to say really just wanted to add my voice to the comments.
Calling GW2 a free bonus is nice for new players but shows no regard to your Many veterans. I have multiple accounts, buying those was definitely a mistake. Because I’m never going to buy an overpriced(not way overpriced but still overpriced) expansion for my accounts as I want the expansion on all of them.

I have several accounts and I did experience my zoom being reset. Though I didn’t make a note of what my sliders were at.
It would be nice if there was a check box to “Lock” your camera(the sliders, and where you have set your zoom). I noticed also, to have the zoom where I want it, I have to make the slider extra sensitive but the problem is when I bump the slider outside my inventory or something it takes me to long to hone in that same zoom.

Yesterday I was with a friend and he purchased me and him Gem Cards one from Best Buy and one from Game Stop. We have each tried our cards and are having the same issue as stated above, the Redeem button never lighting up or being able to click the button, it stays grayed out. Have typed in code in every conceivable way with spaces, without, dashes etc.

I haven’t played GW1 which I’m sure I missed out because of that.
This idea sounds cool though, I prefer playing solo, having one of my own characters tagging along would probably be really fun.

A Fresh Start: The New Player Experience in Guild Wars 2
Sorry in advance if i am not giving good feedback.
I am posting because of my thoughs on making a new character since the recent(Aug.) feature pack update.
I have made 12+ new characters since I first bought Guild Wars 2 and I have 3 copies of the game(one for my friend). The experience of making a new character has been enjoyable every time, sometimes I will want to level quickly sometimes I will take my time, but since “The New Player Experience” that has not been the case.
After making so many characters I would like to be able to disable the constant reminders about things like how to move or click a waypoint after I’ve died. It also seems that a lot of content was taken away from me since now we only get 1 weapon skill at a time, no second hand weapon till leveling, no underwater, and no downed skills. When I first read the update it made sense that this many different things could cause confusion but I’m a casual gamer and I had no issues with it(I am well aware that everyone is different, but i am really a mediocre player at best). When I bought the game for a friend who was not a gamer at all, it did take him some time but he didn’t have difficulty enjoying the game from the start. I think most people who wants to play a MMO would not have been overwhelmed at the previous structuring.
So what I would like to see is reverting back to the old system, though since that will probably not happen, alternatively having at least the ability to turn off the help/reminders completely would be nice.
If this is redundant of other posts i am sorry searching for a similar topic yielded no results for me.

Update: Changing my update it seems(unless I’m missing something) they undid the forcing you to next part of you personal story. Yay for that.
