okay idk what I did, but I clicked the first link and installed stuff onto the desktop. (lots of files came up on the desktop) I just put everything into a folder. then downloaded the 2nd link and said something like direct x has already been installed
Go to start menu and then type dxdiag in run box and see what it comes up with, also yeah agree with above poster should belong in tech support, maybe report thread and have it moved.

Also make sure Direct X is installed and updated, had a problem one time after upgrading to 64 bit windows and found out Direct X wasn’t installed.
How do I do that? =)
It’s possible that have a valid installation of Direct X. This could be due to corruption or you may just not have it installed. Either way we should update this.
The first link will provide you with the June 2010 redistributable which will force Windows to update Direct X. I provided this link below:
http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=8109 (download and run this first)
Once installed, please use the following link to install all material post June 2010 for Direct X. Again this link is provided below:
http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=35 (download and run this 2nd)
Please be sure to save the file to your Windows desktop. Then create a new folder on the desktop and extract the DirectX files into it. Once they have been extracted open the new folder and use the DXsetup file to install DirectX.
Hope this helps!
Edit: Also, I see you have no dedicated video ram, so if the direct x update doesn’t work, you may want to consider getting a different video card.
Downloading the direct x right now. Idk which video card I should get. Might have to ask my cousin, he knows all about computers. I don’t. lol Just like playing em!

You got a screenshot?
Yeah I can take one, 1 sec. Didn’t know you could post pictures x)
Hello, I’ve just finished installing GW2. As soon as I start running around I see objects appearing out of no where and blue marks/lines going across my screen. Is this because my graphics card is not good enough? Or just because i started playing and everything has to load up.
