I love it very much!

If anyone wonders, the colours I’m using are Autumn, Fog, Fog and Harvest Gold. (Fog was the most white colour within my price range.)

I forgot to mention that it would be awesome if the tail and ears took after your hair colour. If that can’t be done then perhaps a few diffrent variations to choose from would be nice.

  • Red with white tail tip and black ear tips.
  • Arctic white with black tail and ear tips
  • Brown with white tail tip tip.
  • Black.
  • Desert blonde.
I think these are actual fox colours.

GIVE!
but dont pull 24h sales. make it like armor pieces or something. 24h is like… you know not everybody are rich. and even the poor want to invest in virtual reality.
so pls.
dont be like we love rich people. i know you do but spare some for the poor too

If they do make this I doubt it will be anything but a gem store item. Though I also dislike the 24 hour sales. Not because of the price, but because of the risk of simply missing it. My greatest fear is that I will be unable to obtain the fox ears and tail, if they are made, because I missed a 24 hour window to get them.

About scarlet, I recently met a sylvari player that looked pretty much identical to scarlet.

Scarlet isn’t to bad to make, but the one I struggled to find a good face on, was Caithe.

Oh my this thread looks like it was Necro’d but now that it’s already been bumped..

Your Scarlet is gorgeous, very well done. As someone who has a bit of a crush on her, I’m jelous (:

Necro’d? In what universe is it necroing to post in a thread that’s only been inactive for 11 days? It’s not like I dug up a year old thread. That said, I don’t see why it should be looked down on to post in a thread of any age since we are encouraged to search the forum before we post a new topic. Is there a limit I’m not aware of when it becomes okay to post a new thread with the same topic?

I will only support this atrocity being added to the game if I can also have a full banana suit added.

For reference:

I shall support your cause if you support mine.

For those who say it doesn’t fit in the Guild Wars Universe…………

Dear, sweet merciful Dwayna…no.

I don’t object to this because of lore or immersion breaking, but because there’s so much more to the GW universe that needs love first.

1) Unlocking some of the NPC cultural outfits and faces
2) Functional looking back items (Rox’s quiver and Canach’s backpack are a step in the right direction)
3) The rest of the 6 gods

1) requires programmers, I think.
2) should require at most one graphical artist.
3) I don’t even…

Looks to me like there’s plenty of people who could take on the job of making the fox tail and ears. I mean, Anet must have several graphical artists, right? It should take only one to make them.

Although I’m personally not a fan of silly costumes (i.e. wings, ears, tails, etc), how exactly does it break immersion? They are just that, costumes, correct? We have the materials in the game to make such costumes, we have the fauna within the world that act as inspiration for said costumes, so how exactly does it break immersion within the world?

We have magic and machinery, guns and gizmos – why does a costume break immersion?

I mean, we’ve even had “Mini Pets” since the original Guild Wars – small miniature versions of various creatures, past allies and enemies. There’s no fuss about those breaking immersion, how are costumes any different from a lore and immersion standpoint?

You. I like you.

The most stupidest pic i ever seen ,throw this garbage away lol this is Guild Wars 2 Not Furry Wars 2

Sorry about the stupid pic. It was rushed. Here’s some evidence that I’m not complete crap with Photoshop: http://i.imgur.com/2EOHIqX.jpg
Also, she’s not a furry. She’s not covered in fur and she doesn’t have an animal face, so she’s not a furry.

Please no. Not only is this ridiculous and out-of-place for Guild Wars, but I really don’t want to bring furries into my game. Go play a charr if you want a tail and fur.

She’s not a furry. If anything is a furry then a Charr is. I just want a fox tail and ears on my lovely ranger chick.

I would buy it! Maybe the ears could be scaled down a bit though.

Personally I like big ears. Though the ears I used in this photoshop are not the best…

I dont want to see GW2 become another silly Asian MMO where a battleground look like a My Little Pony episode.

The minis are far worse than someone having a fox tail and ears.

I’m all for fun and silly items, but this one is just a little odd.

Why is it odd? How is it worse than wings?

NO please, dont ever add something like this.Gw2 immersion is broken enough with all those wings.

The minis. The minis are far worse than the wings. How can anyone be immersed when people are running around with little Queen Jennas on their tail?

wow that looks really good…… are you a furry btw? cool post imo definitely not weird

Not a furry. Here’s a handy graph of what’s furry: http://new1.fjcdn.com/comments/Picture+_fd6b4763b2cd07712a17007b0dfd21a4.jpg The diffrence is that a furry has fur almost all over and an animal face, while a foxgirl (or “kitsunemimi”) is a human with animal tail and ears added.

The graph isn’t perfect as the “semi-furry” is pretty much furry too. There should be more stages in between.

I would love to have some regular clothing to put on my characters when they are in town, just crafting and trading and stuff. It feels off to run around in armour all the time.

That Endless Common Clothing Tonic is annoying as it only lasts 15 minutes and you can’t change how it looks. It’s always this same red and black clothes. I would much prefer if we had access to civilian NPC clothing as Outfits.

Minis are a kind of fluff that many players like. Sure, a pet rock is silly, but my necro has a very good reason to have one (doesn’t talk back and doesn’t die or get maimed in lab explosions like fleshy krewemates). And having an army of different cats following my characters is just plain adorable :>

It’s annoying that I have to uncheck the box all the time. Stealthing them when you stealth, like ranger pets, would be the easiest option. Please?

Minis are just the kind of fluff that breaks my immersion, unfortunately. Sure, my ranger has a Geodulf following her along with her pet wolf, but the tiny people are just ridiculous. I would very much like the option to hide other people’s minis from my view.

Aren’t mini’s kind of silly anyway? Why do you want a mindless miniature person following you around? Especially in combat.

Thanks. That’s good to hear. I hope it happens soon. I would really like to run around in Seraph uniform. I can’t join the Seraph, but I can pretend…

Next is finding out what colours their armour has. It’s going to be a lot of trial and error…

EDIT: For those who are interested, the closest I could get at a reasonable price (and effort) was:
Gray, Harvest Gold and Ebony.

Will it ever see a return? It is currently unobtainable. I suppose it could still be crafted with the mystic forge, but some of the ingredients are unobtainable.

The Worn Scale Helm just isn’t the same thing… It has the same shape, but looks all trashy.

It is the only unobtainable part of the Seraph uniform.
The other parts are:
Tempered Scale Chestplate
Reinforced Scale Gauntlets
Reinforced Scale Legs
Reinforced Scale Boots
Splint Pauldrons
Seraph Shield
