Hello, I’m with you. My GF is furious. Because of her account being stolen and email changed, she can’t even log in here and type this herself, so here we go:
She’s got her account stolen on Saturday, kicking her of the game and saying that her account name (email) doesn’t belong to any account. So immediately she sent a ticket saying her account was hacked. (120902-007041). Expecting that they’ll at least ban her account, but I could see her characters switching in game. So yesterday, after 72 hours, she sent one more ticket following the instructions how to be properly prioritized. (Incident:120904-004978)
The game is great, she loves it, but this is getting annoying.
Please, answer either me, or solve the ticket.
