Same issue.
Scrolling back in the forums, I found similar issues going back to 2013.
Did you by any chance complete a 2nd run already?
Ran out of time today, but hoping to make mine tomorrow, since I did think w1z3 was the easiest so far.

Purchased expansion. Account not upgraded.

I kind of hope they sort this out earlier than all the people complaining they can’t get past prologue in the story.
Man, I just mean, they can play already. All I can do now is to hit refresh on these forums and on my e-mail. Can’t even log in.

I bought HoT, made my account upgrade to HoT.
Now it is no longer HoT upgraded and back to basic GW2.

This is a huge oversight and I haven’t received a response yet to my ticket. I’d like to publicly see what is going on, this is happening to a TON of people!

Happening to me too, on my account panel.
Even got suspended, though I bought my upgrade from the official site.

I bought it directly form the official site.
Already submitted a support ticket tuesday, right after it was suspended, and now I keep getting messages they are working on it, and that’s all.
I had some hope it would be resolved today, so I could start playing, but alas, now all I can do is wait..

But I still have faith in Arenanet’s support, they have been really helpfull for a lot of other players in the past.

Yet, spent months waiting and actually didn’t have any plans for today. Got me lots of free time now, I guess. It’s just a shame.

I think they once mentioned they would give them away weekly to people that preordered, so it could take 7 days.
Give them some more time and you’ll get them eventually.

Also, your account needs to be older than february 2015 ( correct me if I’m wrong ).

I wouldn’t know if I got the exact same issue, but I purchased it last sunday and as of tuesday, my account was suspended all of a sudden, and on my log-in on the site it still seems to ask to buy the upgrade..

As of now, I still can’t log in on my account in the client..

Can't Join Fractal in Progress

I’ve seem to encoutered a similar problem, yet different.
There’ve been multiple times I couldn’t join a fractals already in progress, but without any error notifications.

When my team is already inside, I get the pop-up message from the dungeon on my screen, but not with the preselected level.
Instead, I’m able to choose my own level – so not the one my team has chosen, yet – and not able to enter the instance. Even if I select the level my team is in, I just get a separate instance.
Relogging, closing the client, tp’ing, re-entering the map. All of the latter don’t seem to work. I always get the pop-up, but not the one where I can insta-join.

Quite annoying, since everytime I want to do fractals, I need to be the one opening, so I can’t join pre-existing teams.
