There needs to be more visibility and control over your account on the web interface. I can’t even see what server my account is bound to. This doesn’t make any sense especially since it is a paid service to change servers.

Also, the purchasing process for me was deplorable. I forgot that I had created an account (I think for a beta test) and had a very difficult time getting an account set up using my e-mail address because of that.

Then, there was the whole purchasing fiasco. I bought the game on the website using my account, but they still had to e-mail me the product code that I had to paste into the site somewhere. Well, I waited for nearly 10 minutes and I still had no product code. I found something to resend it and it came through right away.

I have several other gripes about even getting the account set up and getting the game installed, but I don’t feel like writing a 7-screen post. Just know that this really does have to be the absolute worst experience I’ve ever seen trying to get a game set up. EVER. -.^

Posting my fix anywhere and everywhere a thread is not closed:

If you’re stuck at 1 file left, 0.0kb/s downloading, and leaving the launcher running for hours does nothing, try this:

In the top-right corner, click one of the flags to change the language (I used German).

The launcher will re-start and (hopefully) begin downloading more. For me, it had some 10,000+ files yet to be downloaded, a few 100mb’s of stuff.

Once it’s done, switch back to English.

100% done, Play button is clickable.

I’m seeing the same thing. It was stuck at 1 file. I switched to German and it’s downloading another 14,000 files or so. If it doesn’t work, I’ll post back but I’m guessing this will work.
