Who we are?

We are the leading roam/GvG guild on IoJ.
We consistently look for ways to improve on a personal and group level.
We constantly evaluate each player ensure each pulls it’s weight and that no one is just being carried along.
In open field we often go against groups twice our size and come out with no casualties.
We don’t worry about PPT. The only PPT we earn comes from the zergs we distract and disable.

[SIC] Elementalist expectations:
Elementalist must know not only their class inside and out but must also have a working knowledge of all other classes.
Players must be willing to change armor weapons and runes when required on a minimum exotic level no matter what cost.
We require 7-8 hours a day on a daily basis with a minimum of 3 hours between 7 and midnight CST in WvW.

Must be able to follow direction but should need no direction. We shouldn’t need to call for water fields you should know the other players and know the opponents output well enough to know when it’s needed and be on TS to coordinate with any other eles.
Must have TS3 and be willing to register to our site and check the site at least twice a day to stay up on any build ideas or changes.
