Ah thank you foofad. That makes much more sense now. So in your opinion is that one second added for the hammer’s symbol worth it?

So I looked around the forums a bit and couldn’t find anyone complaining about this.
Why does Writ of Persistence in the honor trait line not work with our hammers auto attack symbol? I tested the auto attack chain with the trait selected and not selected and the only difference is that when it is selected, I got one more tick of damage out of it, not nearly an additional two seconds like the trait says it does. Also the tool tip on the hammer does not reflect that it is being affected by the trait. Any idea if this is a bug or is that working as intended?

I too am looking for the same type of guild. I have three level 80’s and I play daily. I really want to participate in Guild Missions, I will be an asset for your guild. Message me here in the forums or just post here.

Naw man its just a sale. This is their way of celebrating getting so many nods of accomplishments from reviewers and such.

Those two things are really nice, I am looking forward to running quicker, but it will take a bit more then that to get me to play ranger again. I so hope this patch brings more love our way.

I’d rather just see Rangers be made the class that’s best with a bow, which is only logical. Until GW2 adds LotR Elves as a class, Rangers should be second to none when it comes to bows.

You refer to LotR but wasn’t Aragorn the Ranger?

So topical, actually made me lol. Just watched all LotR films in preparation for the Hobbit, had me running only sword and torch all week. Nothing to do with the topic but LotR was mentioned so i must chime in lol.

So i was watching some GW2 videos from much earlier in the game’s life, aka pre this November patch. I saw this guy who was farming in the same spot i have been for days (looking for some T6 blood), the video spent 30 mins and he had 3 or so bloods and 2 rare drops. Now here i am after about a week of farming for about 2 hours a day….with 6 bloods and 0 rares. Makes me want to stop playing, thats for sure.

This guy nailed it. Love his pve idea, i understand his “feeling alone” in a massive world bit. Would love to not solo DE’s anymore.

Yes build matters a great deal but if I may add my own personal experience. I play a warrior and for the early levels like everyone else i went full glass cannon. When i hit Orr i kept dying and being useless. Long story short, i switched from zerk gear to a full Knights set including accs, (pwr +prectoughness). That made a world of difference, now i can stand there and smash face without the constant fear of death. To my point, maybe gear tiers do not matter as much, but choosing the right kind of gear sure does.

That is an excellent point (IMO) Ryuujin. It is all about what we as a player base are willing to sacrifice for more convenience. Well stated.

I have been hunting in game trying to farm some blood so i can craft some exotic armor for myself, (just hit 400 in armorsmithing, i know not a big accomplishment but still a big moment for me lol) and i could have sworn i had better luck a month ago with my other lvl 80 in the same area. Came here to see what happened to drops, and low and behold, this thread.

I hope we get an answer, i too like so many have previously stated so elegantly, used to find each monster a worthy kill just to see what it might drop, always the optimist, hoping for a blue or green or at the very least something! Today, that is not the story, i no longer expect any monster to drop anything of note, the drops are drying up and with it my fun, time for a break.
