Guild Wars 2

I’m hoping someone can help. Earlier this well I picked up a used pc so that my fiance could get into gaming. The specs should all meet GW2 requirements
win 7 32 bit ultimate
4 go ram
nvidia 8800 gt

I installed the game but when loading it up it loads but once at the toon select screen it freezes up. I can’t work out why it would freeze. I’ve updated graphics card drivers.

Any suggestions anyone might have would be greatly appreciated.

I’m a new player to GW2 and am loving it but would really like to get involved with a guid for both the social aspect and also to help progress through the game via help and advice.
