It has been 13 days since launch and I still cannot re-enter the prologue mission to complete it and begin the story in the expansion. At this point I want my $120 CAD back.

I know the feeling, I’m stuck as well, and support tickets have stopped responding at all to me.

Bumping in hopes someone has found a fix.

Has anyone found a fix for this bug yet? The day the game released a new build was available while I was in the instance for the story. Upon exiting the instance I was kicked from the game so the build could download and install. When I came back into the game the green star no longer shows up on my map when I am in Silverwastes, but when I am not in Silverwastes it just tells me to enter the zone. I have tried quitting the chapter and picking it back up, I have tried switching to another story and going back. I have obviously also tried to log off and log back, zone out and zone back. I have also tried mixing and matching all of the above.

Hello, checking in with everyone. I have a few updates to share. There will be more later but I wanted to hit these first:

Rally to Maguuma – Stuck
We know there’s another issue around the mission and are actively tracking this bug. We have had some reports that the following might fix the problem:

• Zone out of the Silverwastes and back in (to PVP or to Dry Top, etc).
• Change your active story step in the Journal and then back again.

OOM crashes

• Please continue to send your crash reports via the in game crash reporter with details about what you were doing and your system specs.
• The in game reporter is the best way to report crashes as they go directly to the programming team.

Scout Acan

• This issue is being tracked.
• We have some reports that Acan only is broken on some megaserver instances.

Story Mission 14 – Sign Cutting

• Itzel Poison Lore was removed as a requirement.
• If you are still stuck please zone out to another map, such as PvP or Lion’s Arch, and then come back.

I have tried zoning out, I spent some money on gems to purchase a different story to switch to and back. All no luck as of now.

I have been having the same issues that others have had with the story line. I got booted when I went to exit mission due to a new build, when I went back into the game the mission wasn’t finished and I was no longer in the instance. I can not proceed further because I don’t have the green star on my map to go back into the instance. I’ve already submitted screenshots and tickets in game and am hoping for a fix on this.
