Guild Wars 2

In my Hints Browser i have all checked … but still i have in the Hero Panel the Hint Completion at 82/83…. this must be a bug of some sort.. i already opened a support ticket.

Due to a software problem with my Android phone i had to format my phone and insert a new ROM.
I then installed Google Authenticator ( that i use also on my 2 step authenticaton on the google account ) and i managed to scan again a link to that service.

How can i do that on my GuildWars2 account?
I have my security linked to an app that is not currently configured to GW2.
Can you guys give me a way that inside my current account i can do that.
Currently im using my trusted computer, but i’m afraid that my IP address changes or something, and i am locked out from playing.

Unlink Mobile Authentication.

I see this option, but I dont have the Google Authenticator configured to generate the GW2 codes.
Can a admin provide a way to reset that so I can configure again my Security to Mobile Authentication.
