Various things drew me to the Sylvari: Their connection to nature, the concept of the Dream, the Ventari philosophy, the racial elites, representation of gay love stories, their newness and naivety.
When I read the description of the warband elite I thought you’d be getting the warband from your personal storyline, the lone survivor and the other two you picked up along the way. Instead you just get generic Legionairres. I was disappointed, I wanted to be able to summon up Dinky, Soure, and Elena.
Do they at least make them from the Legion you picked for your personal story, or does everyone get Blood Legion?

Something I’ve been wondering and not gotten a chance to test, but is Feedback only and internal reflect or will it also reflect projectiles from outside it’s area of effect and protect people inside the bubble? Will it reflect projectiles coming at me if both the mob and I are outside the area but on opposite sides of the bubble?

So I was wondering, if the issue isn’t resolved/no contact from support, should I just keep posting in the “Tickets for Review (3 days and older)” post? or would I get in trouble for spamming if I do that?
Is there a guideline as to how often I can post a reminder without it being consider spam?
Just want to make sure I’m not driving Gaile crazy with all the pestering.

it’s been one week now and the issue is still not resolved; as a matter of fact, I still have not been told why my account got suspended in the first place.

I am still waiting to be contacted by your support team so that we can discuss the issue. (There has been no contact since the ticket got forwarded to Billing Team.)

I am the account owner of Toraemon.1307, I’ve simply been using Ophidimancer’s account to post on forum. and I’m more than happy to discuss it with the team but so far the team has contacted me once requesting verification info, which I provide, and then no further communication. So please have them contact me, I would love nothing more than to discuss whatever it is that we need to discuss and get this issue fixed.

Posting on my husband’s behalf
He got suspended 4 days or so ago and was told that the ticket has been transferred to Billing Team. We also found out that NCSoft never finalize the transaction and therefore we have not been charged for that copy of the game yet. The bank made it clear that the transaction was pre-authorized and that they were simply waiting for you guys to finalize it and take the money.
Could this transaction fiasco have been what caused the account to get suspended?

Hi Gaile, I’m posting on my husband account since I cannot post on my own account due to suspension.
This is for Toraemon.1307 and the ticket number is 121126-001549
The reply at first was pretty quick but once it got transfer to the Billing Tier 1 Team the communication just go to dead silence.
All the information I know is that the error code is 45:6:3:2114 and that it’s being investigate by the Billing team. Despite my request for more specific information about the nature of the issue I have not receive any clarification. Do you guys not keep an actual reason for suspending an account beside the code? If possible I would at least like to know which policy I breech that result in this suspension

I have a suspicion that this might be related to the Billing Maintenance scheduled for tomorrow.
We are waiting for the axe to drop and for Ophid’s account to get suspended, if the issue is really billing. Sad thing is we didn’t do anything wrong NCSoft just not finalizing the purchase on their end

I know you are really busy and I’m sorry to bother you here but I was wondering if it’s possible to get more information regarding my account suspension issue? I ask directly via my ticket and the question was ignored completely. As a matter of fact, all the communication so far has been, what looks like, scripted info request. I only assume it isn’t a bot because there’s a GM name
The general support send me to Billing Tier 1 Team but I have no clue why. Does this mean it’s a problem regarding payment?
