Guild Wars 2

Im feeling a little bit this way too, however I still think you can make a good thief, its just very hard. I feel like the thief is the only class that people complain about. I feel you OP.

People are gonna whine about thieves being OP no matter what weapon or skills they use.

A rifle would be perfect for a thief, it would make kind of a snipery thief with high damage but slow attacks. Anybody else think that would be awesome?

Tough break Stormageddon, I hope Arena Net fixes this before I run into a similar situation.

Whenever Im in Lions Arch I never see any other players until Im right next to them and then they fade in but when I turn my camera away from them they fade back out. Also large groups of people fade in and out. This is extremely annoying and I dont know why it happens. I turned my LOD to Ultra and it didnt help at all. Any suggestions?

Thanks for all of the responses, Im gonna stick with the thief. Im pretty good at PvE and rarely die, however in PvP I usually get just as many deaths as I do kills, so I need to work on that.

Hello I just started playing Guild Wars 2 a couple weeks ago and I decided to roll a thief since I used to play a rogue in world of warcraft. I love the thiefs abilities and play style but I hear more and more people telling me that thiefs are becoming to weak due to nerfs and are becoming inferior to other professions. I am currently level 30 and want to know should I continue with my thief? or would it just be a waste of my time when I could level a more powerful profession? Any advice or opinions on the matter would be appreciated.

Gareth Barbdagger gets a 8.5, fits the thief character. Its actually sort of reminds me of my thiefs name, Shade Darkblade

Thanks for the suggestions. Oddly enough I just tried to log in and it worked for some reason and Im no longer having this problem. I changed my password twice so maybe that did it, or maybe you just have to wait it out. Either way Im glad its done with.

I recently re installed Guild Wars 2 and when I tried to log in it said that my Account name or password entered was invalid. I know Im using the correct name and password, I have made sure many times. So I assumed maybe I needed to change my password, but that didnt help either. Any suggestions?
