Same bug for me. Did the story twice (first not starting it), no node. I have all other LS3 nodes in my home instance.

Pretty decent build, 2 remarks:
- add to the op that it’s a PvE/dungeon build (I was looking for a WvW build)
- why not 2 superior sigils of bloodlust (main and off hand) to stack power twice as fast?
