It has been nearly a month and I still have yet to hear from anyone regarding this issue. I left a post in Tech Support and have filed a ticket. Can I please have a response from someone to resolve this issue?
No reply to this yet? That must really make u mad that you can’t preview your character’s armor for transmutation! I guess u wont be buying any transmutation charges anytime soon, lol.
Yeah no kidding. This is ridiculous. I want to reskin my armor and weapons, but I can’t see anything. Looks like I wont be buying anything anytime soon.

About a week ago, I sent a ticket to a possible bug on my hero’s tab. I wasn’t able to see or preview anything for my Hero. I wasn’t able to see any armors or weapons, not even colors on my hero. The hand to turn the character was there, as if it was there, but it would show nothing. It was as if the character was invisible. Also, its not just on one character, its on all of them, even new characters I created.
I have tried to repair the client, however that did not change anything. I forgot to write down the ticket number when I submitted the ticket. I hope this gets fixed soon.

I have done the repair client, but still have the same exact results.
Every time I open up my Hero Tab, even if I create a new character, my avatar is invisible. I can’t view my armors, skins, equipment, or even the color. When I put my cursor over where my hero is, the hand to turn it shows up, but there is no hero. I can’t even preview anything on my heroes.
Does anyone else have this happen to them?
I made a ticket a few days ago, hoping to hear something back, but forgot to write the ticket number. I am still waiting for a reply, but I have waited almost a week for a reply. I don’t know what to do.
Same here. I couldn’t log in till a couple of days ago, and I was 8/9 and waiting for the reset to hit teq. one more time for the wings before the new patch. Now I feel like I wasted my time for absolutely noting.
And how many hundreds of players were waiting for hours with 8/9 achievements and needed one last Teq run to get the wings? The right thing to do would be to give the wings to everyone who was 8/9, like myself, imho.
Same problem here. can’t get the wings now, bc of the change in the daily. So why does Oct start in Sept?
