Hi,
I am not able to buy gems since i came back after a long break. I got the message “Unfortunately, an error has occurred. Please try again later.” I sent 3 or 4 tickets but i didn’t get any feed back. So here i am.
I used two different credit cards, they both didn’t work. I asked someone in the house to try to buy with her account, they both didn’t work. I ordered things on internet with these cards without any problem.
Can i get some help with my problem ?
