Several weeks have passed with several patches but no guild leader fix and we don’t hear anything from Anet about the guild bugs.

First of all I want to apologize for the radio silence on this issue. I should have kept everyone up to date with our progress in tracking this down, and sadly I didn’t. I apologize.

What About the Guild Leader bug for accidentally promoting members to leader and not able to demote them back down if you were the creator/founder of the guild? Because getting a response like this to ask the member(s) to demote them is disappointing.
Sadly you will need to request of these members to demote themselves back to the appropriate rank. We are unable to affect guilds in such a way. Thank you for your time and understanding in this matter.

Hopefully Anet will check a post like this some day. This is a very annoying bug and could cause a lot of problems in some guilds, its weird they didnt fix it yet
I agree it does cause problems like theft from the guild bank kicking people they don’t like out of the guild. Here is a disappointing response from support I got.

My local gamestop already has those so I think it’s not a problem for game stores to get them.
What state are you in? Because here in MN those gem cards are not available at the following stores I have called Best Buy, Game Stop, Target and Walmart.
From my experience with the “Obstructed/Invulnerable” Bug is that it happens with both ranged and melee weapons. I have had it happen multiple times on my 3 characters of Warrior, Ranger and Necromancer.
i understand that but there is still a problem that u can accidentally give someone the highest rank and you won’t be able to change it back.
I gave my friend leader aswell and it’s not that i didn’t want it but there is no way i can demote him now. There was also no pop-up that asked for confirmation, so if u give some new member by accident the highest rank you won’t be able to do anything against him and if it’s an irritating kid he can mess up the whole guild
I discovered this same guild leader bug and the person I made co-leader won’t even demote them self when asked nicely.
