When it comes time to make more skills available you should add in skill shots that go into first person view. hitting different parts of body could do different things or you know you could miss. Also first person view is much needed for a game this pretty.

I trully am a fan of the story of guild wars one and 2. 2 , however, everything seems a little toned down. I remember the original story being told to me very dark, no holds bar, people were going to die, and it was going to be sad. Everywhere i went i felt charr breathing down my neck. The storyline now is certainly extensive and getting caught up in the moments throughout venturing is downright epic,but it all seems much less dire and at times cartoony. So far ive also seen very Captain Planetesque anti pollution quotes right in main story sequences. Sometimes i am reminded of fable. It is awkward at the times i feel like it is the teletubbie zombie apocalypse. Why did you do this ArenaNet? Ive read that WoW decided to go with the panda as a new class because it was what most people wanted. Has the age of the fanbase increased such that there voice is influencing things? And why are so many people boring now. They just do the same thing over and over as if it were some sort of freak religion. When i see them i say “behold! i bring good word to you! there is plenty of sights,sounds, and things to kill if we take our journeys else where. Join me and we shall see the world together. together we shall be triumphant!”. But they reply with decline! The farmer needs 100 people to step on the little bugs for 36 hours a day. who cares what is in that big giant cave where screaming is coming from. ~All things have the right to grow~ Thank you for this moment

I really really love Guild Wars and Guild wars 2. they are really really good games. the art/imagery is the best the combat is dynamic the music is beautiful Amazing storylines although this one seems much more whimsical,but hey i like fable.

scepter/pistol, staff wise use of conditions and clones makes the mesmer handle mobs well i like to think

Mesmer is highly dependent on player skill. on paper you could say its UP but a good player can do anything behind a mesmer. Were pretty great at backing up allies too. those clones get a little more confusing when there not the only thing running at you. con effects and aoe boons are always awesome.

If the mesmer is supposed to have the ability to create a magical construct then it doesn’t fit in the lore that he would have to be in line of sight of his target or even have any target to create one. As far as being blind goes why does he have to see to use magic. shooting a bolt of energy would miss but not a magic clone summoned from his soul itself. I thought this was a role playing game

you guys are looking at it in 2 dimensions not 3. Europe servers exist in there own time with own concurrency North American Servers exist in separate time with there own concurrency. the two times greatest concurrency put together is your true concurrency. I myself am a computer science major……i sure do hope it doesn’t blind me to reality like it seems to have those i consider superior

Hmmm im a old school GW player and have been playing GW2 for about 2 days now and i have to say the staff AoE is quite powerful in pvp matching it with allies and then getting up close and personal with conditions and illusions. i wouldnt consider myself that squishy. although i prefer fighting at a distance popping my illusions and using buffs makes me pretty hard to kill no matter what class as long as its not 3 on 1 then i die quick like
