I’ve read multiple older posts about people accidentally purchasing the wrong item at an armor vendor with dungeon tokens and I understand that Arena Net’s policy is currently not to take action to user error. I unfortunately just made the same mistake. This needs to get fixed. I played WoW for years before this game, and a simple update they implemented allowed people to sell items back to vendors for a refund of whatever currency was used to purchase it. This is not asking much, and would save us the frustration of seeing potentially hours of time lost to a couple erroneous clicks. Seriously, this is an easy kill as far as eliminating complaints and pleasing customers goes. Do the right thing, take a second away from the constant updating of the living story minutia, and fix this stupid and unnecessary problem. Thanks.
