doubt it they both seem very easily compromised.
Good move, I will do the same although i have never had to do such a thing in any other mmo

They have a ticket system but imo its a very slow process. I’ve been told my ticket will be replied to tomorrow (5th day) however i doubt it will be resolved them im bracing myself for an automated reply. They definately need better CS and a phone line it would make things so much easier.
Oh I truly hate these posts. My accounts been taken too and now its in another server which shows his doing something with it. I keep seeing these posts. I honestly want to play gw2 but things arent looking too good for me. ><

Thank you for the update, will be waiting for a reply tomorrow. I have noticed that the hacker has moved my account to another server. I fear the worst that all my items have been vendored but I am an optimistic person. Best thing that could hapkitten if I get my account back with 50g worst that could hapkitten I loose everything including my lvl 80 ranger ><

The funny thing is they bot, and they know they bot. That they are doing something wrong but they dont admit it and on top of that they come to forum and QQ about how they got banned for botting. We all know you were botting dude. Dont try and twist things. Admit it and move on. So CSR’s can focus on things like how I just read someone who got hacked and got back his account to find that his items had all been vendored -.- God help the hacker if he did that to me cause I will find that guy in china yank him out of his chair and… well the rest is R+18 so i wont continue 120929-000850(hacked account)

Yeah got a msg from a CS that its being passed onto a senior CSR but Feels like I’m just being pushed around. Tomorrow is day 4 of waiting which is when I will be going all out rage. I have read alot of ppl who have lost all their gear and items with no way to get them back. If that happens to me I will probably hunt down that hacker and shove his hacks in his kitten 120929-000850(hacked account)

Yeah I got hacked and havent been able to get into my account yet but your post has me scared to death that they have sold my exotic armor. I didnt have many mats but I did have magic find gear and wvw gear wich cost me a whole lot! I swear if the guy who hacked my account did the same thing to me I will find him and kill the son of a kitten! 120929-000850(hacked account)

I honestly hope you get your things back. But I also understand what you mean. Its good to have closure. In your situation I would rather have them tell me they can’’t do anything about it then leave me hanging. I’’m just waiting on my ticket now to get my compromised account back. They dont actually stand out for me. The ones that stand out are the ones who randomly fire at empty areas until a dynamic event pops up. Those are the ones I report. But gotta make sure they are botting b4 u report anything. 120929-000850<—-so I can get my account back.

LOL love the second log-in attempt from chang… Dude be happy they didnt get your hotmail account. They got mine and locked me out by closing it. Now I’’m stuck waiting for support to change everything to my new hotmail. 120929-000850 <—-just so they see it and possibly speed up my problem. Got hacked obviously and not only did the dudes take my gw2 account but they closed my hotmail so now my old email doesnt exist. This stops me from getting my hotmail back and trying to change my gw2 password. Also the account had the serial number email sent to me when I bought the game so it prevents me to simply send in a ticket now I have to write every piece of relevant information to prove its my account. I think Anet suspended the account which I am greatful for so the dude doesnt mess with my stuff anymore. I thankfully got a msg saying my case was passed onto a senior which I thought was awesome and was going to be fast. I just hope i dont have to wait more than 3-5 days like some people here.
Guys make sure you use an email seperate for gw2 than anything else. and email/gw2 passwords are different. Its not enough to just have it different from other games.

These hackers are getting better at their jobs -.- I’m guessing they were able to get my account because I used the same email in another game. Not sure how they went through that but now I have lost my email too which was connected to other important stuff. Not only did they take the email they closed it too -.- Although I don’t mind too much and have opened a fresh Hotmail and transferred everything it was still a hassle. Also while posting my ticket I wasn’t able to recall my serial number so I put down every piece of information I could think of that would help.
Posting from my brothers account now cause I can’t access forums. Hopefully I can get my account back before any damage is done.
